Things continue to evolve very quickly and as COVID-19 continues to impact us all, we would like to keep the communication channels open and keep you up to date with the steps that we are taking at eStruxture in order to support you and your business.

Please refer back to this page often as we will try to update it constantly.

Firstly, we would like to confirm that data centers are deemed an essential service and, as such, the eStruxture data centers will remain operational and accessible 24x7, despite the latest announcements made by the Quebec Government.

However, we  would like to ask that you restrict all non-essential access to our facilities and that you ensure that your own staff, contractors and partners follow the government mandated precautionary measures before entering our facilities. Should you need to access our facilities, we ask that you make every attempt  to notify us in advance through our on-line ticketing system. This way we can take all necessary measures to ensure your safe access. 

Secondly, we would like to assure you that we are taking extensive precautionary measures and have put in place processes in order to ensure the safety of our employees and the continuity of service to you, our customer.

Update - March 24, 2020

Following the directives from Quebec authorities asking non-essential businesses to close, please take note that the accesses to our MTL-1 building will be logged at security desk for all visitors entering the building as of Wednesday March 25th, 2020 – midnight. The only available access will be the St-Jacques Street and the indoor parking doors.

Visitors will have to present themselves to the security desk on the ground floor of the building for registration and will be escorted to eStruxture data center.

This action is being taken to ensure the safety of the occupants of our buildings who remain at work. Furthermore, we invite you to follow the directives from government authorities regarding the closure of non-essential businesses.

This procedure will remain in effect until further notice or until new governmental directives are issued.

The food court will still be accessible; however, restaurant owners offer their services through take-out orders only. No meals may be eaten in this location.
